Attorney Referrals

Posted By on November 12, 2010

We’ve just launched a new page on our website, www.periconi.com, to bring together for the first time a comprehensive list of the wide variety of situations in which we’ve received attorney referrals over the years.

The purpose of this page is to highlight the many different circumstances in which you are doing the best thing for your clients by referring an environmental law problem – or the environmental law portion of a larger task, such as a deal to buy or sell commercial or industrial property – to us.
.
Why is this really in the interest of the referring attorney? We’re in an era when the superficial, short-run business interests of lawyers – maximizing the legal fee, by keeping a matter and each portion of it “in house” – sometimes “trumps” what’s really best for the client.

The more long-term business success of a law firm, however, is really dependent upon developing and maintaining close and lasting client relationships.  And nothing encourages the development of those close long-term relationships with clients more than when you put clients’ welfare and success first. You do that by having the most experienced and capable attorneys available to handle their legal problems.  We fit that description in environmental law.

We think we’ve succeeded in developing a thriving network of referring attorneys for three main reasons: we put their clients’ interests first; we get great results for their clients; and attorneys  really enjoy working with us.  Getting great results for their clients is reflected in our being Martindale Hubbell AV Rated for more than 15 consecutive years, and most recently, being named to Superlawyers,an honor usually reserved for those working in mid-sized and large law firms.

We have the flexibility in approach that arises from vast experience (nearly 100 years of combined environmental law experience among our attorneys), and the personally tailored solution to legal problems that is the hallmark of the successful American law firm in the 21st century.

We look forward to hearing from you!
